We will explain some questions during our cooperation

1. MOQ,minimum order quantity . We usually require the MOQ for each item .

2.Products , we mainly make all of products that show on the web by oursleves . We also just show typical products on the web,  if the clients is interesting in it , please contact us for completed product list .

3.Price list , We usually don't supply price list to the clients , the clients should let us to know the potential order including item NO, Quantity before our quotation.

4. Sample cost , We will require the double cost on normal price for sample cost .we will return the sample cost (1pc ) to the Client after the order quantity is over our MOQ .

5.Freight for Sample , We often ship the samples by Air Express ,Such as DHL,TNT ,UPS ,Fedex  . The clients should pay for the freight for sample , we also can accept the freight collect after we confirm the client's collection account.

6. Payment for normal order . if the value is less than USD5000.00, we will require the clients to pay the order or samples by 100%T/T before shipment . if it is the first cooperation , we usually require at least 40% value as deposit .

7.Camouflage Patent. The clients should have certificate for camouflage patent before order,.we also can help the clients to apply the certificate.

8.OEM: we can accept OEM order .

9.Coopertion :

1.) we can introduce our products to each clients .

2.) we can accept the order by the clients detail design and drawing.

3.) we can accept the customer samples as production the order.

10. Quality and inspection . We keep the quality for each products during the making and inspection . Now , we have CE certificate  for treestand , and we am applying the GS&TUV certificate  for tree stand .

11. After Service

1.)Free Parts , we  supply some necessary parts for products or the orders in FREE.   Example, we supply the some extra bolts ,screws for each treestand .

2.)if it is big mistakes for our products , we can accept call back the products after the certified  inspection by the third party .
